摘  要:我国高校转型既要立足"中国问题",也要借鉴有益的"最佳国际实践",在此基础上探索与闯出一条适合中国国情的特色发展之路。以芬兰坦佩雷应用科技大学为考察中心,以人才培养方案为核心问题,"芬兰模式"对地方本科院校转型发展的主要启示是:以就业为导向培养应用型人才;强化产教融合,促进协同育人;注重实践环节,校企深度合作。The transformation of China's high education institutions should not only be grounded on " China's is- sues" , but should also draw lessons from the valuable " best international practice" so as to explore and break a path of development suitable for China's national conditions. This article takes Tampereen University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) as the centre of investigation and the personnel training program as the core issue to have re- ceived the main enlightenments from the "Finnish model" to our country's transformational development of local un- dergraduate colleges and universities: sticking to the employment-oriented training for applied talents; strengthening the integration of production with teaching, promoting collaborative education; focusing on internship and practical training and school-enterprise cooperation.
