严复《社会通诠》中先秦疑问句式运用研究

摘　　要：采用文本细读法对比译文和原文,研究了《社会通诠》中严复师法先秦句法进行翻译的具体策略;微观分析了先秦句法在译本中的具体体现,认为《社会通诠》中的反问句、设问句、问答句在句法上呈现出先秦疑问句式的典型特征;严译对先秦句法资源的借鉴吸收使其译文体现出更为丰富的语用功能和艺术效果。In order to study the specific strategy of Yan Fu＇s imitation of the Pre-Qin syntax in his translation of A History of Politics,a contrastive and concentrated analysis is conducted on the original text and the translated one.The exemplification of the Pre-Qin syntax in the translation version is analyzed.The result shows that rhetorical questions,question-answer sentences,asking-and-answering forms in Yan Fu＇s translation of A HistoryofPoliticsreflect the typical features of the Pre-Qin interrogative sentence patterns.Besides,Yan Fu＇s reference and absorption of the Pre-Qin syntax produces richer pragmatic functions and artistic effects.
