摘　　要：提出"创新生态化"的发展理念,构建战略性新兴产业创新生态化效果评价指标体系,提出基于模糊层次分析与规则的评估模型。以黑龙江为实证对象,对其战略性新兴产业创新生态化效果进行测评,实证研究结果发现:黑龙江战略性新兴产业研发环节、成果转化环节与产业化环节效果为中等,创新环节间协同效果为较差,创新生态化综合评价结果为中等。The paper proposes the concept of ＂innovation ecologicalization＂, and constructs the evaluation index system for performance of innovation ecologicalization of strategic emerging industry, then puts forward the evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process （FAHP） method and the rule. Based on the data of Heilongjiang province, it makes empirical analysis and conducts measurement on its performance of innovation ecologicalization of strategic emerging industry, the results show that： The performances of R＆D stage, transformation stage, and industrialization stage are moderate respectively, the performance of collaboration between stages is poor, and the comprehensive evaluation result for innovation ecologicalization is moderate; collaborative effect between innovation stages is relatively poor, and the innovation ecologicalization is comprehensively evaluated as moderate.
