摘 要:目的检测促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)、CD105在髓母细胞瘤(MB)中的表达情况,旨在对MB预后判断及寻求新的有效治疗方法提供依据。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测68例髓母细胞瘤组织中EPO蛋白、CD105的表达,并检测微血管密度(MVD),分析其与EPO的关系,并绘制生存曲线图。结果 1髓母细胞瘤EPO中蛋白阳性表达率为73.53%(50/68例),明显高于正常脑组织,二者表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);CD105蛋白标记的MVD在髓母细胞瘤和正常脑组织中的计数分别为(24.94±8.85)、(0.96±0.68)个,二者间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2相关性分析发现,肿瘤的EPO强弱与微血管密度呈明显正相关;COX生存分析发现,高危组、EPO表达阳性是影响患者预后的危险因素。结论 EPO在髓母细胞瘤中有较高的阳性表达率,CD105的表达在髓母细胞瘤的发生、发展中具有重要作用,可能受EPO调节。EPO表达强弱是影响患者预后的危险因素。Obejctive Erythropoietin (EPO) had been widely recognized on protective function in some of the neu-rological diseases. It was also frustrating that EPO can stimulate tumor proliferation in treatment of some tumor had been reported. The paper detected EPO, CD105 expression, and the patient follow-up to provide an method for predicting prognosis and seeking a new effective treatment in MB. Methods The expression of EPO protein,CD105 protein and microvessel density (MVD) were detected in 68 cases of medulloblastoma and normal brain tissue by s-p immunohistochem- istry. The relationship between the EPO and CD105,draw survival curve were analyzed. Results EPO protein expression in tumor (73.53%) was significantly higher than the normal brain tissue(P〈0.01). CD105 protein marked MVD counts in MB and normal brain tissue were 24.94 ±8.85,0.96 ± 0.68, statistically significant difference (P〈0.01). Correlation analysis revealed that MVD and EPO expression were significantly positively correlated. The more obviously expression of EPO, the larger MVD counts. COX survival analysis found that high-risk group, EPO positive expression was a risk factor affecting the prognosis of patients. Conclusion The expression of EPO is observed in MB, indicating that EPO and CD105 may play an important role in occurrence and proliferation in MB. CD105 may be controlled by EPO. These results suggest that the expression of EPO may be considered as a prognostic fact for MB.
