摘　　要：药物合成反应是制药工程专业的重要专业基础课程,为后续专业课程提供必要基础。通过目前我校该课程的教学现状和问题,结合地方特点,从多年的教学实际出发,探讨制药工程专业学生能力培养的方法,从理论教学、实验教学校企联动以及考核体系等多个方面进行了改革与实践,取得了良好的效果。为相关地方院校该课程的教学实践活动提供借鉴与参考。The drug synthetic reactions course is an important basic curriculum for students of pharmaceutical engineering specialty, which is severed as necessary foundation for later learning of professional courses. Theory teaching, experiment teaching, school-enterprise collaboration and evaluation system were studied to cultivate students＇ innovation ability based on the current situation and problem in the teaching process and local characteristics. The purpose was to provide experience for drug synthetic reactions course of other local universities.
