摘　　要：在地方本科院校转型发展中,应用型人才培养目标的准确定位,培养模式的创新改革与实施是关键。湖南人文科技学院高分子材料与工程专业以创新创业能力训练和职业技术养成为高级应用型人才的核心培养目标,精简专业理论课程体系,强化实用性的职业技能实践训练,积极开展第二课堂创新创业科研活动,对人才培养模式展开了一系列的改革与探索,取得了较好的效果。Accurate positioning of talent-training goal and successfully innovative reform and implementation of talent- training model are the import issues in the transformational development of local undergraduate university. Polymeric materials and engineering specialty in Hunan University of Humanities, science and technology developed series reforms and explorations in simplifying theory course system, strengthening occupational skills training, actively conducting technology innovation research activity in second classroom teaching, with occupational skills and innovation ability were the core talent-training goals, and good effect was obtained.
