摘  要:信号转导与转录激活因子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)是介导细胞间信号转导的经典转录因子。异常活化的STAT3信号通路通过抑制细胞凋亡、加速炎症进展、诱导血管生成等方式参与胰腺癌的发生发展。阻断该信号通路的活性能显著抑制肿瘤细胞的恶性生物学行为。本文就STAT3信号通路在胰腺癌中的作用机制作一综述,以期为胰腺癌的临床治疗提供新思路。Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) is a classic transcription factor that mediates intracellular signal transduction. Aberrant activation of STAT3 signaling pathway takes a vital part in the initiation and progression of pancreatic cancer via inhibiting apoptosis, promoting inflammation, inducing angiogenesis and so on. Blocking this signaling pathway may suppress the malignant biologic behaviors of tumor cells. In this review, we discussed recent advances in the role of STAT3 signaling pathway and its mechanisms in pancreatic cancer, which would provide novel clinical strategies for the treatments.
