福康片对男性甲基苯丙胺依赖者戒断症状疗效的临床随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨福康片对男性甲基苯丙胺依赖者戒断症状的治疗效果。方法:随机数字表法将40例男性甲基苯丙胺依赖者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组进行三周福康片治疗,对照组不进行任何药物治疗或心理干预。于治疗前后使用贝克焦虑量表(Beck Anxiety Inventory,BAI)、贝克抑郁量表(Beck Depression inventory,BDI)、睡眠状况自评量表(Self-Rating Scale of Sleep,SRSS)和苯丙胺戒断症状调查表(Amphetamine Withdrawal Questionnaire,AWQ)分别评估焦虑状态、抑郁状态、睡眠状况及甲基苯丙胺戒断症状变化情况。结果:(1)治疗后治疗组的BAI、BDI评分和戒断症状评分均显著低于治疗前,对照组在治疗后的BDI和戒断症状评分显著低于治疗前;(2)治疗组的BAI、BDI及戒断症状评分在治疗后比对照组显著降低;(3)在治疗后的第2周和第3周,治疗组的戒断症状评分显著低于对照组。结论:男性甲基苯丙胺依赖者在福康片治疗后可以较好地改善戒断症状、焦虑及抑郁情绪,无明显副作用。Objective： To discuss the efficacy of Fukangpian in the treatment of methamphetamine withdrawal syndrome for male abusers. Methods： 40 male methamphetamine abusers were randomized into a treatment group and a control group using randomized controlled trial method,20 cases in each group. To assess their levels of anxiety,depression,sleep problems and withdrawal syndrome. The treatment group but not the control group was received Fukangpian treatment for three weeks,and recorded the withdrawal syndrome for both group. Results：（ 1） After treatment,for the treatment group,the scores of BAI,BDI and withdrawal syndrome were lower significantly than those before the treatment; for the controlled group,the scores of BDI and withdrawal syndrome were lower significantly than those before the treatment;（ 2） There were statistical group significances for BAI,BDI and withdrawal syndrome between groups.（ 3） For the 2ndand 3rdweek after the treatment,the score of withdrawal syndrome for the treatment group was lower significantly than which for the controlled group. Conclusion： The methamphetamine withdrawal syndromes for male abusers can well be controlled,and the levels of anxiety and depression were brought down with little side-effect after Fukangpian treatment.
