摘  要:我国辣椒的种植面积及产量位居世界首位,除少部分鲜食外,大部分辣椒通过深加工做成了辣椒产品,生产过程伴有大量辣椒副产物出现。若不及时处理,既造成了资源的浪费,又会污染环境。故对辣椒副产物进行综合利用,具有十分重要的现实意义。The cuhivation area and output of Chinese hot pepper ranks first in the world, except for a small portion of peppers are fresh eat, the majority of hot peppers are produced that as pepper products by the deep processing technology of peppers, and by-products are inevitablly generated. With the hot pepper gain in yield, the amount of by-products will increase accordingly, Not only it would resulting in a waste of resources, but also it will pollute the environment if it not timely deal with. Therefore, it is extremely realistic significance that the by-product of pepper have been processed. The aim of this paper to introduce the comprehensive utilization of main byproduct such as pepper leaves, pepper seeds, pepper rods, and the future development trend of the repropects is prospected.
