摘 要:依据全校100位教师及30位教学督导的问卷调查数据并借助部分访谈资料,从组织建设、工作职能、工作依据和工作机制四个维度,对高校教学督导工作模式的有效性问题进行实证分析。研究表明,高校教学督导数量不足,个别督导责任心和使命感还需增强;以听课为主,工作形式略为单一;现有工作制度缺乏有效发挥;工作机制有待多层次深化。建议增加教学督导人数,遴选负责任、讲公正的优秀教师补充到教学督导队伍;破除以听课为主的单一形式,丰富和创新多种教学督导工作形式;细化规章制度,实现指导性评价;多重理解"全程"概念,优化工作机制。Based on the questionnaire survey and interview of 100 teachers and 30 teaching supervisors, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the effectiveness of teaching supervision mode in colleges and universities from four main dimensions of organization, function, basis and mechanism. The research shows that the main problems are the insufficient number of inspectors,their sense of responsibility and mission should be strengthened, the work form is monotonous, the existing system of work play an ineffective role, and the mechanism need to be deepened. We should increase the number of teaching supervisions, select of responsible and impartial teachers join the team, break the single form of lectures, enrich and innovate the working forms, perfect the rules and regulations in order to formation guidance evaluation, multiply understand the concept of "whole journey", optimize the working mechanism.
