摘  要:目的探讨加载在种植体表面的淫羊藿苷对骨结合的影响。方法将48枚螺纹柱状纯钛种植体分为L、H、C三组,L组浸泡在淫羊藿苷过饱和水溶液中(低浓度组),H组浸泡在淫羊藿苷过饱和乙醇溶液中(高浓度组),48小时取出,自然干燥,C组不做任何处理为对照组。按实验设计将48枚种植体植入12只新西兰大耳白兔股骨内,四周时处死。行大体、组织学观察种植体周围新骨形成情况。结果 H、L组种植体表面可见大量新骨形成,且H组新骨形成量高于L组。扭力测试实验表明H、L组与对照组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05),H组与L组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论加载在种植体表面的淫羊藿苷有促进种植体周围新骨形成的作用,且高浓度组骨结合强度优于低浓度组。Objective To investigate the effect of icariin of the surface of implants on osseointegration. Methods Forty eight cylindrical threaded pure titanium implants were divided into L, H, and C groups. Implants in group L were immersed in an icariin supersaturated aqueous solution(low-concentration group); implants in group H were immersed in an icariin supersaturated ethanol solution(high-concentration group). The implants were taken out from the solution 48 hours after immersion and dried naturally. Implants in group C did not receive any treatment and were used as the controls. The 48 implants were implanted into femurs of 12 New Zealand white rabbits. Rabbits were sacrificed four weeks after implantation, and the new bone formation around the implants was observed grossly and histologically. Results A large amount of new bone formation was found on the surface of implants in groups H and L, with more evident new bone formation in group H than in group L. Torque tests showed that there was a significant difference in new bone formation between groups H/Land the control group(P 〈0.05), and the difference between group H and group L was also significantly different(P〈0.05). Conclusion The icariin loaded on the surface of implants could promote new bone formation around the implants, with a better strength of osseointegration in high-concentration group than in low-concentration group.
