冲绳难局的破解:基于“冲绳-本土架构”与亚太全局视角的分析

摘　　要：冲绳是战后日本问题的缩影,日美同盟不对等是基地问题的根本所在,并引发一系列的矛盾和问题。日本本土和冲绳关系的认知变迁,从历史上看冲绳和本土是一直作为不对等关系存在的;从思想观念上看,冲绳和本土存在着中心——边缘主从关系结构;从现状看,冲绳和本土对话环境恶化,近年来本土和冲绳矛盾突出,两者之间的利益诉求不同,并且存在"琉球独立论"。看待冲绳问题需要放置于东亚地区秩序以及自身认同进行整体考虑,东亚地区和平可持续发展是重要保障。在东亚形成稳定的国际秩序之前,冲绳可作为多国交流的桥梁,积极发展物流、观光产业,加强各地区之间的相互交流。Okinawa is a microcosm of Japanese postwar problems, the unequal status of the Japan-US alliance is the essential of base problem and trigger a series of contradictions and problems. From the changing perception of the Japanese mainland and Okinawa relations, historically the relations of Okinawa and mainland are unequal exist; From the point of ideas, there is a center - edge of the master-slave relationship structure between the Japanese mainland and Okinawathe; From the present situation,the environment dialogue of the Japanese mainland and Okinawa is deteriorating , in recent years, there is obvious contradiction between the demands of different interests, and there＇s Ryukyu independence. ＂ Okinawa issues need to be placed in the order in East Asia as well as their identity should be considered as a whole, East Asia Peace and Sustainable development is an important guarantee. Before the formation of a stable international order in East Asia, Okinawa can be as a multi-national communication bridge, positively develope the logistics, tourism industry to strengthen exchanges between the various regions.
