四种调节血糖保健食品的血糖生成指数测定

摘　　要：目的:测定冲调谷膳粉、多种谷膳粉、辅助降血糖营养粉及燕麦β-葡聚糖棒等4种调节血糖保健食品的血糖生成指数(GI),为患有糖尿病等慢性代谢性疾病的患者食物选择提供科学依据。方法:选取12名健康志愿者,于服用25g葡萄糖粉后0、15、30、45、60、90、120min各测其血糖水平。按同样方法,于不同天进食含25g碳水化合物的4种受试食物,分别测定7:00血糖水平。以葡萄糖为参照物,根据Wolever方法计算各食物的GI值。结果:冲调谷膳粉的GI为37.7±19.0、多种谷膳粉的GI为53.0±27.2、辅助降血糖营养粉的GI为38.7±20.9、燕麦β-葡聚糖棒的GI为56.7±28.2。相比葡萄糖,进食4种受试食物的血糖曲线均较低平。结论:4种调节血糖保健食品均为低GI食物,患有糖尿病等慢性代谢性疾病的患者可以选择。【Objective】To determine the glycemic index（ GI） of brewed grain meal powder,multi-grain meal powder,assistant hypoglycemic nutrition powder and oat β-dextran bar,and provide scientific guidance and basis for the patients with chronic metabolic diseases in food selection. 【Method】Totally 12 healthy volunteers were recruited and asked to consume 25 g glucose powder and tested foods which contained25 g available carbohydrate portions in different days. Their blood glucose were determined before the start of eating（ fasting glucose） and at different points（ 0,15,30,45,60,90,120min） after consumption. The GI value of each tested food was calculated using the Wolever Method.【Result】The GI of brewed grain meal powder,multi-grain meal powder,assistant hypoglycemic nutrition powder and oat β- dextran bar was37. 7 ± 19. 0,53. 0 ± 27. 2,38. 7 ± 20. 9,and 56. 7 ± 28. 2,respectively. All of them had a low value of GI. Compared with glucose,the curves of glycemic response were all gentler in these four glycemic-regulated health foods. 【Conclusion】Brewed grain meal powder,multi-grain meal powder,assistant hypoglycemic nutrition powder and oat beta- dextran bar were all low-GI foods and good choices for the patients with chronic metabolic diseases such as diabetes.
