侧脑室三角区肿瘤的MRI诊断与鉴别

摘　　要：目的探讨侧脑室三角区肿瘤的MRI表现特点及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的24例侧脑室三角区肿瘤的MRI表现及其临床、病理资料。结果 24例脑肿瘤中,脑膜瘤6例,胶质母细胞瘤4例,脉络丛乳头状瘤3例,淋巴瘤3例,室管膜瘤2例,海绵状血管瘤3例,转移瘤2例,畸胎瘤1例。结论侧脑室三角区是脑内多种肿瘤的好发部位,各种肿瘤的MRI表现有一定的特征性,结合发病年龄、性别等临床资料,MRI可以对侧脑室三角区肿瘤进行鉴别,提高诊断准确率。Objective To investigate the MRI manifestations and differential diagnosis of tumors in lateral ventricle trigone.Methods MRI findings,clinical and pathological data were analyzed retrospectively in 24 cases with tumors in lateral ventricle trigone confirmed by surgical pathology.Results There are 6 patients with meningioma,4 cases of glioblastoma,choroid plexus papilloma in 3 cases,lymphoma in 3 cases,ependymoma in 2 cases,cavernous hemangioma in 3 cases,metastatic tumor in 2 cases,and teratoma in 1 case.Conclusion Various brain tumors occurred in lateral ventricle trigone have certain characteristics in MRI manifestations,combined with the clinical date including age,gender,et al.,MRI can identify the tumors in the trigone of lateral ventricle,so that to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
