摘  要:大学及学界对大学新生的学校适应关注较多。现实中,仍有部分大二大三学生存在学校适应问题。本研究以《中国大学生适应量表》为研究工具,通过前测,选取学校适应不良的大二大三学生42名,随机组成实验组和对照组。对实验组进行了8次团体辅导,期间,对照组不进行任何干预。团辅结束后,对实验组和对照组被试进行后测以评估团辅效果。实验组的前后测比较以及实验组和对照组的后测比较均表明,团辅对改善大二大三学生的人际关系适应、校园生活适应、情绪适应、自我适应、满意度及学校适应总体状况有显著效果。团辅结束6个月后的追踪测试表明,团辅改善大二大三学生的情绪适应、自我适应、满意度及学校适应总体状况的效果有较好的持续性与稳定性。new college students' school adjustment is a problem that draws much attention both in universities and among academic circles. Using China College Student Adjustment Scale, through the pretest the research selected 42 college sophomores and juniors who have the problem of maladaption and randomly divided them into two groups, experimental and controlled group respectively. After offering group counseling to the experimental group for 8 times while making no intervention to the controlled group, an after-test was made to evaluate the effects of the two groups, it shows that experimental group makes a significant effect in the improvement of sophomore and junior students' adaptability in interpersonal interaction, campus life, as well as their emotional and self adjustment.Their satisfaction and adjustment to school life in general has been improved as well. Results of the tracking test to the experimental group after 6 months the group counseling verifies its persistent and stable effects.
