摘  要:目的了解广州及桂林市三级甲等综合医院新护士转型冲击的现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用一般情况调查表和新护士转型冲击评价量表对广州市和桂林市各2家三级甲等综合医院200名新护士进行调查。结果 200名新护士转型冲击总分为(82.88±18.96)分,指标值为61.39%。家庭所在地、工作时间、性别、工作科室以及是否独生子女是影响新护士转型冲击的主要因素(均P<0.05)。结论广州及桂林市新护士转型冲击处于中等偏高水平。护理管理者应重视家在外地、非独生子女新护士的培养,关注入职时间较短及女性新护士转型冲击情况,采取相应的对策以降低新护士转型冲击程度。Objective To investigate the status of the transformation shock of new-contracted nurses and its influencing factors. Method With convenience sampling, 200 new-contracted nurses with work experience of less than one year from 2 class I grade I general hospitals in Guangzhou and Guilin were enrolled in the study by general questionnaire and the transformation shock of newly graduated nurses scale. Results The total score of the transformation shock was (82.88+18.96), and the index value was 61.39%. The body dimension index value was the highest, followed by the knowledge and skills dimensions. Transformation factors of the nurses included home address , working time , gender , department where they worked , and whether they were the only child in their family (P〈0.05). Conclusions The transformation shock among the new-contracted nurses in Guangzhou and Guilin is at a high level. The nursing administrative should attach importance to the allocation of the new-contracted nurses as well as the training of the nurses whose families reside in other places than Guangzhou and who are not the only child in their families in order to alleviate the transformation shock .
