通信工程专业培养方案的研究与实践

摘　　要：目前国内对于通信应用型人才的培养不能满足社会对应用型人才的需求,为了提高通信工程专业人才培养的质量,作者对通信工程专业的培养方案进行研究与实践,主要表现在优化教学内容,改进教学方法(MOOC等),建设实验平台等三个方面,通过研究与实践,提高了人才培养的质量与本科生的专业能力,对通信工程专业教学有重要影响.The domestic talents who work on communications applications can＇ t meet the social demand for application-oriented talents. To improve the quality of talent cultivation, this paper studied and practiced the training programs of communications engineering, including optimizing the teaching content, improving teaching methods and building experimental platform and so on, Through research and practice, the quality of personnel training and professional competence of undergraduate will be improved, and then have a major impact on the Communication Engineering Teaching.
