多种因素与翼状胬肉术后疼痛程度的相关分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨多种因素对翼状胬肉患者术后疼痛程度的影响。方法:回顾分析2014年6月至2015年5月在我院诊断并行单纯翼状胬肉切除术的144例(144眼)患者的病例资料,观察不同性别、年龄、手术时间和侵入角膜水平的翼状胬肉患者的术后疼痛差异,并分析上述因素与术后疼痛程度的关联性。结果:男性和女性翼状胬肉患者术后疼痛的差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.317,P>0.05)。不同手术时间、年龄段和胬肉侵入角膜水平的患者术后疼痛的差异具有统计学意义(Z=-6.903,H=25.430、11.474,均P<0.05)。对差异有统计学意义的因素与术后疼痛程度行Spearman等级相关检验,发现年龄与术后疼痛程度呈负相关,而手术时间、胬肉侵入角膜水平与术后疼痛程度呈正相关(r_s=-0.328、0.321、0.482,均P<0.05)。结论:年龄、手术时间和胬肉侵入角膜水平是影响翼状胬肉术后疼痛程度的重要因素,可采取相应的护理措施提升护理满意度。Objective： To investigate the influence of various factors on postoperative pain in pterygium.Methods： 144 cases（ 144eyes） with pterygium who were treated by simple pterygium excision from June 2014 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The differences of postoperative pain in pterygium patients for different gender,age,operation time and corneal invasion in the horizontal axis were observed,and the correlations of these factors with postoperative pain were analyzed. Results： The difference of postoperative pain between males and females was not statistically significant（ Z =-1. 317,P 〉 0. 05）. The differences of postoperative pain for different operation time,age and corneal invasion in the horizontal axis were statistically significant（ Z =-6. 903,H =25. 430,11. 474,P 〈 0. 05）. By using Spearman rank correlation analysis,we found that negative correlation existed between age and postoperative pain,while postoperative pain was positively associated with operation time and corneal invasion in the horizontal axis（ r_s=-0. 328,0. 321,0. 482,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Age,operation time and corneal invasion in the horizontal axis are important factors which can affect postoperative pain in pterygium patients. Pertinent nursing measures can be taken to improve nursing satisfaction.
