艾纳香口腔护理液抗口腔黏膜溃疡的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾纳香口腔护理液在口腔黏膜溃疡药效学中的作用,为艾纳香口腔护理液的后期临床应用提供参考依据。方法:采用改良陈谦明法对SD大鼠构建口腔溃疡模型,考察艾纳香口腔护理液对大鼠组织的病理变化、溃疡愈合时间及口腔溃疡组织中的MDA、NO、NOS及SOD含量活性的影响。结果:艾纳香口腔护理液组(低、中、高)的愈合时间较溃疡组和溶剂对照组的愈合时间短,且与阳性药物组间均无明显差异;给药后的第2、4天,艾纳香口腔护理液组(低、中、高)较溃疡自然愈合组NO、NOS、MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05);SOD含量显著升高(P<0.05);与正常组和阳性药物组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:艾纳香口腔护理液能有效缩短口腔溃疡愈合时间,对口腔溃疡的愈合起到了较好的促进作用。Objective： To provide reference for the later clinical application of Blumea mouthwash,the effect of Blumea mouthwash in the oral mucosa ulcer pharmacodynamics was investigated. Methods： Oral ulcer model of SD rats was constructed by using the modified method of the Chen Qian Ming. The histopathological changes,the ulcer healing time and the influence about the content and activation activity of malondialdehyde（ MDA）,nitric oxide（ NO）,nitric oxide synthase（ NOS）and superoxide dismutase（ SOD） in oral ulcer tissues of Blumea mouthwash were evaluated. Results： The healing time of Blumea mouthwash（ low, medium, high） group wasshorter than that of the control group, while there wasno significant difference between the mouthwash group and the positive drug group. After administration of the first 2,4 days,the content of NO、NOS、MDA of Blumea mouthwash（ low,medium,high） group significantly decreased relative to the ulcer group（ P〈0. 05）. The content of SOD significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）. And compared with normal and positive drug group,there is no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The experimental results suggest that Blumea mouthwash could shorten the ulcer healing time effectively,and is beneficial for the healing of ulcer.
