凝血功能联合血液流变学检查对脑卒中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:研究凝血功能联合血液流变学检查对脑卒中的诊断价值。方法:选择脑卒中患者200例为观察组,同期进行体检健康者80例为对照组,比较两组的凝血功能联合血液流变学检测指标。结果:观察组的活化部分凝血活酶时间和血浆凝血酶原时间低于对照组(P<0.05),D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的血浆黏度和全血黏度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:凝血功能联合血液流变学对脑卒中具有较高的诊断价值。Objective： To study the diagnostic value of coagulation function and hemorheo]ogy in patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods： 200 patients with cerebral apoplexy were selected as the observation group and 80 healthy people who were examined during the same period were selected as the control group, with the coagulation function and hemorheology between the two groups compared. Results：The partial thremboplastin time and plasma prothrombin time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; D - dimer and fibrinogen were higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The combination of coagulation function and hemorheology is of high value in di- agnosing cerebral apoplexy.
