高职院校图书购置经费分配问题研究——基于南通职业大学的实证研究

摘　　要：高职院校图书馆的信息资源建设是其办学特色和办学方向的重要体现,一定程度上反映了学校的办学实力和办学质量。目前经济转型、信息资源爆炸式增长以及读者需求多样化等变化,对高职院校图书馆经费配置提出了一系列挑战。文章以南通职业大学图书馆为例,运用层次分析法,得出以下结论:首先,基础教学、重点学科、学生在校人数这三个指标的权重相对来说是比较高的,说明学校近几年不断扩招所带来的文献需求不断加大。其次,从专家调查的结果分析来看,电子类资源文献也越来越受到学生和教师的青睐。一方面满足师生对文献查阅的便利性要求,另一方面满足一些高学历教师参与科研工作的需求。The information resources construction in higher vocational college library reflects its characteristics, direction, strength and quality of running. At present the economic transformation, the explosive growth of information resources, and the diversified demands of readers pose a series of challenges for the budgets of higher vocational college libraries. This paper takes the example of Nantong Vocational College library, using the analytic hierarchy process （ahp） and drawing the conclusions as follows： first is that the weight of these three indicators of basic teaching, key disciplines, the number of students is relatively high, which means that school enrollment expansion in recent years leads to the increasing needs of literature, second, from the analysis of the results of the expert investigation, electronic literature resources is becoming more and more popular with students and teachers. On the one hand, it not only brings convenience to teachers and students; on the other hand, it can meet the needs of some highly educated teachers to participate in scientific research work.
