摘  要:采用微波消解HNO3+H2O2湿法制取样品溶液,全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法同时测定茄子中K、Na、Mg、A1、Ca、B、Ba、Cr、Cu、Fe、Sn、Mn、P、Sr、Zn15种矿物元素,实际样品测定结果显示,Al元素含量超过国家规定标准(≤100mg/kg),微量元素ca含量相对较高。各元素的检出限为1.0~440μg/L,标准样品的加标回收率93.5%~109%,相对标准偏差在2。1%~6.5%(n=6)。实验方法简单、重现性好,可用于测定茄子样品中各矿物元素含量。测定结果为茄子的深入研究提供基础数据。Fifteen mineral elements, including K, Na, Mg, A1, Ca, B, Ba, Cr, Cu, Fe, Sn, Mn, P, Sr and Zn in eggplant samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) after they were digested by microwave digestion method with mixtures of HNOa and H2 02. The results indicated that the content of A1 in eggplant had exceed the national standard (100 mg/kg) and the Ca content was relatively high. The detective limits were 1.0-440μg/L. The recoveries were between 93. 5% and 109%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs, n = 6) were 2.1%-- 6.5%. Since the proposed method has a good reproducibility and is easy to be used, so it is suitable for the determination of every mineral elements in eggplant samples. The obtained results may provide basic information for further study on eggplant samples.
