摘　　要：目的 探讨Nucleolin蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法 选取2010年1月至2015年8月结肠癌病理组织标本70例（结肠癌组）和本院病理科既往收集的20例正常结肠组织（正常组）进行免疫组织化学检测,利用统计软件SAS9.1,分析Nucleolin蛋白与结肠癌患者的临床病理学特征和阳性率,组间比较采用χ^2检验,P值〈0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结果 70例结肠癌组织标本中,Nucleolin蛋白阳性表达54例（77.14%）,正常组阳性表达2例（10.00%）;结肠癌组Nucleolin蛋白阳性表达率显著高于正常组且差异有统计学意义（χ^2=29.833,P〈0.05）。是否发生淋巴结转移、不同Dukes分期、不同浸润深度的结肠癌患者癌组织中Nucleolin蛋白阳性表达率差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,不同年龄、性别、病灶最大径的结肠癌患者癌组织中Nucleolin蛋白阳性表达差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 Nucleolin蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达水平增高,并且与患者发生淋巴结转移、Dukes分期、浸润深度有关。Objective To investigate the expression of Nucleolin protein in colon carcinoma and its biological significance. Methods 70 cases of colon cancer pathologic tissue specimens （ colon cancer group） from January 2010 to August 2015 and 20 cases of normal colon tissue collected by pathology previously （normal group） were used for immunohistochemistry. Software SAS9.1 was used to analyze the positive expression of Nucleolin and its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics in patients with colon cancer. P 〈 0.05 was regarded to be statistically significant. Results Nucleolin protein was positive in 54 cases （77.14%） of colon cancer group, and was also positive in 2 cases （ 10.00% ） of normal gToup. The difference between these two groups was statistically significant （χ^2 = 29. 833, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of Nucleolin in colon cancer group was significantly related to lymph node metastasis, dukes staging, invasion depth of colon cancer in colon tissues （P 〈 0.05）. No significant difference was identified in the expression of nucleolin between different ages, gender, and the maximum diameter of the colon cancer lesions （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expression of Nucleolin protein in colon cancer tissue was significantly high, and was also related to lymph node metastasis, Dukes stage and invasion depth of tumors.
