摘　　要：结直肠癌是人类发病率较高的肿瘤疾病之一。由于其早期症状不明显,所以早期诊断较为困难,目前还没有一个特异性高、敏感性强的检测指标可作为它的肿瘤标记物。临床中的诊断主要还依赖于影像学和内镜的检查。肿瘤细胞释放到循环中的外泌体含有相当丰度的miRNA(microRNA),且不同肿瘤细胞分泌的外泌体所携带的miRNA是不同的。因此分析患者循环中外泌体源性的miRNA,可成为对结直肠癌进行早期诊断的潜在方法。Colorectal cancer is one of the high prevalence diseases among the humans. Due to its lack of early symptom, the early diagnosis is difficult. Currently, no specific and sensitive biomarkers exist for tumor diagnosis. In the clinical practice, its diagnosis main also depends on the imaging and endoscopic examination. The exosomes in the cycle released by tumor ceils contains bulk of microRNAs, and different exosomes released by tumor cells also carry microRNA differently. Therefore, the analysis of exosome-derived mieroRNA in the cycle can be a potential method for early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
