血清TTR的表达与结直肠癌转移的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 研究分析结直肠癌转移与血清转甲状腺素蛋白（TTR）表达之间的相关性。方法 选择2014年1月~2015年12月间我院收治的23例结直肠癌患者进行本次研究,采集其血液样本。根据是否出现了远处转移进行分组,将其中无远处转移的样本设为对照组,共11例;发生远处转移的样本设为观察组,共12例。所有样本都采用蛋白免疫印迹方法对TTR表达进行半定量分析。结果 通过计算两组样本的光密度比值,结果显示无远处转移的结直肠癌患者血清样本（对照组）中TTR的表达量更高,显著高于发生远处转移患者（观察组）血清TTR表达量,差异有统计学意义（P=0.023〈0.05）。结论 结直肠癌患者血清TTR的表达水平与肿瘤是否发生转移有相关性,发生远处转移结直肠癌患者血清TTR表达量显著更低,在今后对结直肠癌浸润与转移水平的评估中,TTR可作为一种肿瘤标志物。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of serum TFR and colorectal cancer metastasis. Methods Selected the serum of 23 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 as the research object. Distant metastases were classified according to whether or not there were distant metastases, 12 patients without distant metastasis（control group） and 11 patients with distant metastasis（observation group） were observed. Semi quantitative analysis of the expression of TTR was performed by Western blot. Results To calulate optical density ratio of each group, the expression of TTR was higher in patients without distant metastasis （control group） than those in distant metastasis （observation group）, there was significant difference between the two groups in the serum TYR（P=0.023〈0.05）. Conclusion TTR may play a role as a tumor marker in assessing the level of invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer in colorectal cancer, so it can be used as a tumor marker in the future.
