摘  要:胶质瘤是一种发生于神经外胚层的常见原发性颅内肿瘤。随着分子生物学的发展,相关信号传导通路特异分子靶向治疗成为胶质瘤治疗的热点并取得了一定的成果。近年来,大量研究揭示PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路在胶质瘤发生及发展中发挥了重要的作用,因而针对该通路的靶向治疗表现出较好的临床应用前景。本文着重针对PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路在胶质瘤中的作用及其相关抑制剂药物的靶向治疗效果进行综述。Glioma is a common kind of primary tumor in brain originated from neural ectoderm. With the development of molecular biology, related molecular targeted therapy on signal transduction pathway has become a hot spot in the treatment of glioma with some achievements. Recently, as the promotion role of PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway on glioma is revealed, targeted therapy on this pathway exhibited great potential value in clinical application. In this manuscript, the role of PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway on glioma and clinical effects of related inhibitors on the treatment of glioma were reviewed.
