苏州市高职院校大学生亚健康现状的调查与研究

摘　　要：本文通过CMI问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法对苏州市两所高职院校大学生的亚健康状况进行调查与分析。调查结果显示:(1)苏州市高职院校学生亚健康发生率为25.28%,其中理科类的亚健康发生率为19.15%,文科类的亚健康发生率为32.50%。(2)不同性别、不同年级、不同专业类别学生的亚健康状况有所不同,但无明显的差异性。(3)大学生亚健康状态的发生与多种因素有关,其中,对自己专业的满意程度、父母的期望、从事体育锻炼的次数和时间、个人的行为生活方式包括作息时间规律情况、按时进餐情况、上网时间等都是造成大学生亚健康的重要原因。亚健康状态处理得当则会向健康方向发展,否则会导致各种疾病的发生。Investigation and analysis of the CMI questionnaire, literature and mathematical statistics on the Suzhou City Vocational College Students sub-health status. Survey results show that： 1, the students of Higher Vocational Colleges in Suzhou city the sub-health occurrence rate is 25.28%, the science of sub-health occurrence rate is 19.15%, the liberal arts sub-healthy incidence was 32.50%. 2, different gender, different grades, different majors students sub-health status is different, but there is no obvious difference. Occurrence and a variety of factors, 3 college students sub-health state, wherein, satisfaction, their professional parental expectations, to engage in physical exercise frequency and time, personal behavior and life style including regular bedtimes, meals on time, access time are important causes of college students sub-health, sub-health handled properly will be to develop in a healthy way, otherwise it will cause various diseases.
