摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种难治性疾病,中医学审证求因,辨证论治在其治疗方面具有明显的特色与优势。中医学对该病的病因病机认识深刻,笔者就其禀赋不足、邪气外感、饮食不节、情志失调、内伤劳倦等病因病机结合现代研究进展进行了综述,以期为中医治法与方剂的确立奠定基础,探讨UC的整体调治方案,提高临床疗效。Ulcerative Colitis is a krnd of difficult curable diseases, the therapy of TCM has obvious characteristic and advantages in the determination of etiologic factors based on differentiation and the syndrome differentiation and treatment. The understanding of TCM of ulcerative colitis＇s etiology and pathogenesis is profound, the objective of this essay is that according to the etiology and pathogenesis of the congenital deficiency, the disease caused by exogenous, the unbalanced diet, the irregular emotion and the over exertion with internal injury, combined with the progress of modern research to summarize, wishing to settle foundation of the establishment of TCM and prescriptions, and then improving the clinical curative effect.
