摘  要:分析了永磁风力发电机的输出特性及最大功率点追踪条件,针对其特点结合模糊控制法与扰动观察法各自的优缺点,提出一种基于模糊控制的多等级变步长扰动观察方法,当外界风速发生突变时,首先利用模糊控制快速定位至最大功率点附近,再使用提出的多等级变步长扰动观察法精确定位并使系统稳定在最大功率点处;仿真结果表明相比于传统的变步长扰动观察法,该方法能够较快追踪到系统最大功率,并能够稳定在该点,同时兼顾快速性与稳定性。This paper analyzes the output characteristics and maximum power point tracking conditions of the permanent magnet wind generator. In view of its own characteristics,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the fuzzy control method and perturbation and observation method,a multi- level variable step perturbation and observation method based on fuzzy control is proposed in this paper. When the wind speed outside mutated,firstly,the quick voltage location near the maximum power point by using fuzzy control is conducted,and then the multi-level variable step perturbation and observation method proposed in this paper would be used to locate precisely and make the system stabilize at the maximum power point. The simulation results show that the method can quickly track the maximum power,and stabilize at that point,which is superior compared with the traditional variable step perturbation and observation methods by taking into account both rapidity and stability.
