摘　　要：通过研究四切分导卫总成的结构和分析红钢在导卫中的运行轨迹，发现了导卫总成中挡料板装置设计的不合理之处。对其结构进行改造设计后，解决了切分后两侧钢筋弯头堆钢的难题。Make a research on the structure of four-strand splitting guide assembly, and analyze the moving trajectory of steel in the guide. The unreasonable part is found out from the design of the retaining plate of guide assembly. The design of structure was modified. The trouble of steel piling-up on both sides of reinforced bar elbow after splitting was eliminated.
