摘  要:为了研究施用BGA土壤调理剂(BGA)对木薯鲜薯产量和淀粉含量的影响,为木薯栽培提供理论依据和技术支持,本研究在我国南方7省区设置9个试验点,选用木薯品种华南205为材料,使用不同剂量的BGA与复合肥混施和单施,以及肥料的不同施用时间。通过测产,测量植株高度,采用便携式光合仪Li-cro 6400XT测定木薯叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率等光合参数,分析并探讨施用BGA对木薯产量、淀粉含量和植株的影响差异。结果表明,BGA与复合肥混施或单施,都能提高鲜薯产量和淀粉含量,植株生长旺盛,作为基肥和追肥两次施用优于一次性施用,建议施用量及施用方法为:BGA 1200 kg/hm2+复合肥150 kg/hm2(分2次施用:1/2作基施,剩余1/2作追施)。In order to study the effect of the fresh root yield and starch content on cassava for applying BGA soil conditioner (BGA), and provide a scientific basis for cassava planting and cultivation, at 9 experimental locations in 7 provinces of south China, using cassava varie- ties of south China 205 as the materials, in different dosage of BGA mixed with compound fertilizer or only use and fertilizer at different time. Fresh root yield, height of plant were measured, and net photosynthesis photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration, transpiration rate were also measured using a portable analyzer Li-cro 6400XT, and the influence of BGA on cassava yield, starch content, and the plants was dieussed. The resuhs showed that: whatever mixed with compound fertilizer or only using of BGA, application of BGA could improve the fresh root yield and starch content, and the plants were thrived, which as basic fertilizer and additional fertilizer is better than that of the one-time used. We suggest that fertilizer fertilization dosage and application method is: BGA 1200 kg/hm^2 + compound fertilize 150 kg/hm^2 (fertilization for twice:1/2 as base fertilizer, the other 1/2 as additional fertilizer).
