摘　　要：以"数字地球"为代表的高新技术的高速发展,为3S技术等信息技术的发展奠定了坚实基础。我国在满足"数字化城市"建设的技术需求的同时,为提高动态环境下的治安管理效率,逐渐将3S技术作为开展公安工作的信息技术支撑。3S技术以其信息集成高效、传输快速、更新及时、分析准确等特点,为刑事侦查工作提供了强有力的技术帮助。本文对3S技术自身的构架,和其在刑事侦查工作中的犯罪分析、定位追踪、安全防范和综合指挥四个方面的应用研究进展进行综述,指出当前制约3S技术应用于刑事侦查工作中的发展瓶颈,并对今后的发展提出建议。The high speed development of the high and new technology represented by the ＂digital earth＂, to lay a solid foundation for the development of information technology such as 3S technology. At the same time, our country meets the technical requirement of the construction of ＂digital city＂, in order to improve the efficiency of public security administration in dynamic environment. Gradually 3S technology as the information technology support to carry out the work of public security. 3S technology is characterized by information integrate efficiently, fast transmission, timely update and accurate analysis and so on, which provide useful technical help to the criminal investigation work. This paper will present the framework of 3S technology, and its criminal analysis, positioning and tracking, safety precautions and integrated command in criminal investigation. It also points out the current bottlenecks which constrain the development of the application of 3S technology in criminal investigation, and indicates some suggestions for the future development.
