企业技术创新对生态效率提升的有效性研究

摘　　要：在构建生态效率评估指标的基础上,运用Deap2.1软件对全国30个省(直辖市、自治区)2005-2014年的生态效率进行评价。借助Tobit模型,分析得到企业R&D经费内部支出对生态效率起到负向作用;而企业R&D人员全时当量在一定程度上能够促进生态效率的提高,但由于在资源节约和环境污染治理两方面进行技术创新的专业人员相对较少,使得生态效率提升不显著;环境规制对生态效率产生影响时,技术创新的作用不能有效体现;工业化程度和经济发展水平在一定程度上促进了生态效率的提高。为了有效发挥企业技术创新对生态效率的提升,从五方面提出建议。On the basis of constructing the ecological efficiency evaluation index, use of Deap2. 1 software to e- valuate the ecological efficiency of China＇s 30 provinces from 2005 to 2014. Using Tobit model, analysis for enter- prise R＆D expenses within budget exert negative effects on the ecological efficiency; And enterprise R＆D personnel of full -time equivalent to a certain extent, can promote the ecological efficiency. But because in terms of resource saving and environment pollution treatment technology innovation professionals are relatively few, cause no signifi- cant impact on the ecological efficiency. When the environmental regulation affect ecological efficiency, the role of technology innovation is not effective; Industrialized and per capita GDP Can promote the ecological efficiency to a certain extent. In order to effectively to promote the efficiency of enterprise technology innovation of ecological, Suggestions from five aspects.
