摘　　要：随着社会信息化程度的不断加深,信息安全已经成为影响国家安全的重要因素,信息主权问题受到前所未有的挑战,信息犯罪日益成为人们关注的新问题。本文在信息主权视域下对信息犯罪与信息主权进行了全面界定,并针对信息犯罪引发信息主权危机这一重要问题,从技术、管理、法律和维护主体等方面对信息犯罪行为提出了相应的规制措施。With the development of information society,informat ion crime is becoming a new issue concerned about by us,information security has become a new important factor affecting national security,and information sovereignty has been unprecedentedly challenged.Therefore,under the domain of information sovereignty,this paper defines the information crime and information sovereignty thoroughly,and puts forward corresponding regulatory measures for the information sovereignty crisis caused by information crime from the aspect of technology,management,law and main body.
