摘 要:采用溶液成膜法制备了增塑改性的淀粉/聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合薄膜,并研究了硝酸钙,甘油和硝酸钙/甘油复合增塑剂对淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合薄膜的增塑改性效果。采用傅里叶变化红外光谱研究了硝酸钙,甘油和硝酸钙/甘油复合增塑剂和淀粉/PVA之间的相互作用,采用X射线衍射,热重分析和拉伸测试研究了不同改性剂对淀粉/PVA的结晶性能,热性能和机械性能的影响。研究结果表明:硝酸钙对淀粉/PVA有很强的结晶破坏效果。采用15%硝酸钙和15%甘油复合改性后,淀粉/PVA的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别达到17 MPa和399%。The plasticizing effect of calcium nitrate, glycerol, and calcium nitrate/glycerol on the properties of starch/PVA film was studied. The interaction between the plasticizer and starch/PVA was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrum. The effect of different plastieizers on the crystalline,thermal and mechanical properties of starch/PVA film was studied by X- ray diffraction, thermal gravity analysis and tensile testing, respectively. The results proved that calcium nitrate could form stronger interaction with starch/PVA than glycerol. Calcium nitrate could effectively destroy the crystals of starch/PVA. With the complex of 15% calcium nitrate and 15% glycerol,the tensile strength and elongation at break of starch/PVA could reach 17 MPa and 399%.
