摘 要:目的:探讨"高尔夫教学法"在《护理学导论》教学中的应用效果。方法:选取某校2014级大学一年级高职护理专业学生99人为研究对象,随机分为试验组49人和对照组50人,试验组采用"高尔夫教学法"进行《护理学导论》教学,对照组采用传统教学方法。《护理学导论》课程结束后,调查学生对课堂教学方法和教学效果的评价。结果:试验组护生对教学方法的满意程度高于对照组(P<0.05),对课堂教学效果的评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理学导论授课采取"高尔夫教学法"增强了护生学习兴趣,有效培养学生的能力,尤其是自主学习能力、合作能力、人际沟通能力等,提高了护生学习成效,对学生的职业情感和专业认同感的培养也有着积极作用,但实施"高尔夫教学法"过程中还存在很多不足之处,护理教育者应不断进行试验,使"高尔夫教学法"取得更好的效果。Objective:To explore the effect of "golf teaching method" in the teaching of "Introduction to Nursing Science". Methods:Selected 99 students from the higher vocational major in a university as research objectives and randomly divided them into experimental group with 49 students and control group with 50 students. The experimental group adopted "golf teaching method" to learn the "Introduction to Nursing Science" and the control group adopted the traditional teaching methods to learn "Introduction to nursing science". After the end of the course,studentsˊevaluations on the classroom teaching methods and teaching effect were surveyed. Results:The satisfaction degree of the students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P 〈0. 05). The evaluation on the teaching effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:By adopting the "golf teaching method" in the teaching of "Introduction to Nursing Science",it can enhance the students’interest in learning and effectively cultivated their ability,especially the abilities of self - learning,cooperation and interpersonal communication. In addition,it has a positive effect on the cultivation of students’emotional and professional sense of the training. However there are still many shortcomings in the implementation of "golf teaching method" in the process. The nursing educators should continue to experiment so that to achieve better results in the teaching by "golf teaching method".
