摘　　要：贵州茅台酒是世界三大蒸馏名酒之一,作为中国的国酒,已誉满全球。2000多年来形成的酿酒工艺和酒文化是人类的宝贵财富,是人类的共同文化遗产。申报世界文化遗产能在更宽领域、更深层次对茅台酒起到宣传和保护作用。研究茅台酿酒区域的遗产构成和遗产价值,并根据文化遗产价值评估标准对茅台区域遗址的综合文化价值进行评价和分析。贵州茅台酒酿造区域遗址文化丰富多彩,探讨其世界文化遗产价值可主要将酒文化和红色文化有机结合起来。正确认识茅台酿酒遗址的文化遗产价值是申报世界文化遗产的前提,对其发展方向、开发利用、管理经营以及保护措施有重要的指导意义。Maotai liquor, known as the state liquor of China and one of the top three worldly famous distilled alcoholic beverage products, is famous all over the world. Liquor-making technology and liquor culture with more than 2000 years history is the common cultural heritage of human beings. Maotai＇ s applying for world cultural heritage could play a positive role in the promotion and protection of Maotai liquor in wider range and deeper level. The study on the composition and the value of liquor-making regions in Maotai was conducive to evaluating the corn-prehensive cultural values. The rich and colorful culture in liquor-making regions in Maotai could integrate organically with red culture. The correct understanding of the cultural heritage value of Maotai was the premise for applying for world cultural heritage, which was of guiding significance in its development direction, its utilization, and its management and protection.
