摘 要:目的了解山东省部分地区的生鲜乳中金黄色葡萄球菌污染情况。方法收集山东省3个地区的生牛乳样品204份,其中地区A 130份,地区B 60份,地区C 14份。利用金黄色葡萄球菌测试片初筛可疑菌株,分离纯化培养后,用API法鉴定是否为金黄色葡萄球菌,以此了解山东地区生牛乳中金黄色葡萄球菌的污染状况。结果地区A检出率为44.62%,地区B检出率为50.00%,地区C检出率为64.28%。结论山东地区金黄色葡萄球菌污染情况存在一定差异,明显高于文献报道安徽、重庆地区的污染率。Objective To investigate the contamination state of Staphylococcus aureus in raw milk from different regions in Shandong Province. Methods 204 samples from three areas of Shandong Province were collected: 130 samples were from area A, 60 samples were from area B and 14 samples were from area C. The suspicious strains were preliminarily screened using Staph Express Count Plates. After isolation and culture, the biochemical identification was performed by API. Results The positive rates of area A, B, C were 44.62 %, 50.00 % and 64.29 %, respectively. Conclusion There are differences among the contamination rates of Staphylococcus aureus in raw milk from different regions in Shandong Province, which are higher than the positive rates reported in Anhui Province and Chongqing City.
