摘　　要：辅料对冷冻干燥产品的外观、稳定性、干燥效率、p H等方面均有一定的影响,选择合适的辅料,可有效提高小分子化合物冷冻干燥产品的质量。本文阐述了冻干产品常用的辅料对冻干产品的主要作用,同时,根据辅料特性和冷冻干燥工艺特点,选择辅料的原则和思路。Excipients have certain influence on the appearance, stability, drying efficiency, pH and other aspects of the freeze-dried products, so the selection of appropriate excipients will greatly improve the quality of freeze-dried products with low molecular weight. The function of the common excipients in freeze-dried products with low molecular weight and the principles and thoughts of selection of the excipients based on of the characteristics of the excipients and the process are reviewed in this paper.
