互联网多语种文献信息资源在线中文翻译途径研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在解决我国用户对网上外文信息资源阅读利用障碍。[方法/过程]运用调查分析方法对互联网多种在线翻译技术与系统进行对比,介绍搜索引擎、浏览器、电子邮箱、软件、网站及其他(word文档、手机)等互联网多语种文献信息的在线翻译途径,以及已下载互联网多语种文献信息资源的在线翻译途径。[结果/结论]互联网上的许多翻译系统可为我国大多数用户方便利用外文信息资源提供有效帮助。[Purpuse/sigulicance]The paper is to solve the obstacles of Chinese users＇ reading and utilization using of foreign for- eigu-language information resources on Internet. [Method/process]The paper uses survey analysis method to compare and verify sev- eral online translation technologies and systems, and introduces online translation realization approaches to muhilingual documents and information resources on Internet and downloaded, from the aspects of search engine （SE）, browser, e-mail, software, website and oth- era （including word document and mobile phone）. [Result/conclusion ] Many online translation systems on Internet help the majority of users in China to use foreign language-information resources effectively.
