摘 要:对汕头市6个杨梅[Myrica rubra(Lour)Sieb.et.Zucc]品种的主要经济性状、果实营养成分和矿物质含量进行了调查分析,结果表明,6个杨梅品种的主要经济性状表现都较好,可以作为优良品种进行推广种植。果实营养成分含量较高的品种有硬丝杨梅、东魁杨梅和青蒂杨梅;矿质元素含量较高的品种有硬丝杨梅、乌酥杨梅和福建大红梅。The main economic character,nutrient content and mineral elements of six Myrica rubra varieties in Shantou city were surveyed and analyzed. The results showed that,the main economic character of six M. rubra varieties were all excellent,which could be promoted as excellent varieties. The nutrient content of "Yingsi" M. rubra,"Dongkui" M. rubra, and "Qingdi"M. rubra were higher. The mineral elements of "Yingsi" M. rubra,"Wusu" M. rubra,and"Fujian Dahong" M. rubra were higher.
