摘  要:为了分析新型天然烟用香精在卷烟中的应用效果,将自制的刺五加[Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.Maxim.)Harms]浸膏进行卷烟加香试验,并利用(Py)-GC/MS法测定了浸膏在300、600、900℃条件下的裂解产物,以及添加了刺五加浸膏后卷烟主流烟气中致香成分的种类和含量。结果表明,刺五加浸膏具有增补烟草清香,细腻柔滑烟气,提升烟香协调性,改善余味的作用;刺五加浸膏在300、600、900℃的条件下分别检测出13、64、83种产物,随着裂解温度的升高,裂解产物逐渐复杂;加入适量刺五加浸膏后的卷烟主流烟气中检测到的致香成分和浸膏的热裂解成分几乎完全不同。浸膏对卷烟主流烟气致香成分的影响较为明显,特别是对酮类、醇类、酯类的影响最大。In order to analyze the application effects of new natural tobacco flavor,the extractum was evaluated as a cigarettes flavoring,and extractum was pyrolyzed at 300,600,900 ℃ separately,pyrolyzates and aromatic components of mainstream smoke were analyzed by on-line(Py)-GC/MS. The results showed that,the extractum enhanced smoke flavor,improved and modified the smoking taste of cigarette;13,63,84 constituents were identified in pyrolyzates at 300,600,900 ℃ respectively,and pyrolyzates increased with temperature raising. Pyrolyzates and aromatic components of mainstream smoke were almost entirely different after adding moderate extractum. Extractum had a strong influence on aromatic components of mainstream smoke,especially on ketones,alcohols and esters.
