摘 要:企业通过优化管理逆向物流,可以实现增加利润、节约成本和保护环境等目的。如何选择和评价第三方逆向物流供应商,实现经济效益和生态环境效益,既是企业面临的重要决策问题也是企业的社会责任。以第三方逆向物流供应商作为研究对象,文章在该领域所做的边际贡献包括:一是加入碳减排指标来构建评价指标体系,为提高操作性利用粗糙集理论对其优化简约;二是针对逆向物流大量业务的不确定性和随机性特征,多次采样获取大样本数据(n>30)并利用统计学中的3σ方法构建区间值指标数据,通过联系数方法对区间值指标数据进行集结,得到综合评价结果。算例结果表明这种方法科学可行,可为企业选择最优的第三方逆向物流供应商提供实施方案。By optimizing the management of reverse logistics,enterprises can achieve the purpose of increasing profits,saving costs and protecting the environment. How to select and evaluate the third party reverse logistics provider to realize the economic benefit and ecological environment benefit is not only the important decision that the enterprise faces,but also the social responsibility of the enterprise. Taking the third party reverse logistics supplier as the research object,the paper has made two Marginal contributions: first is to add carbon emission reduction targets to construct evaluation system and use rough set theory to optimize it. Second is,in view of the uncertainty and randomness of reverse logistics business,multiple sampling from a large sample( n〉 30) and building the interval value by using statistical method. By connection number method the interval value data are aggregated and the comprehensive evaluation results were obtained. The result of example shows that this method is a scientific and feasible method,and provides the implementation plan for the enterprise.
