基于数字图像的裸子植物物证的固定及送检研究

摘　　要：目的植物物证的固定与送检是森林公安案件中最常用的技术,但常规的标本固定与送检存在耗费人力物力及费时长的缺点,为解决该问题,提出了利用数码图像技术固定与送检植物物证的方法。方法以裸子植物物证的固定与送检为例,利用常规的数码器材,选择合适的背景与像素,结合"三步骤"原则,对植物物证的固定进行了探索。结果数码器材在满足基本图像要求的基础上,以便携性为主要考虑因素;拍摄背景布置应包括标尺、色卡等参照物;最小像素应不低于800万;现场取证应完整且具有代表性。结论利用数字图像固定植物物证并通过网络传输,可极大的减少办案成本、提升办案效率。Objective The fixation and submission of plant evidence is quite common in the cases of forest police. But the traditional techniques cost a lot of manpower and material resources and is time-consuming. To solve this problem, a method based on digital techniques to fix and submit plant evidence was established in this study. Method Taking gymnosperm evidence as an example, several aspects about evidence fixing with regular digital camera were explored,including the background and pixels selection, as well as the three-step principles. Results With acceptable pixels of digital images, the portability of digital equipments is the first priority. Ruler and color chip are supposed to be in the background. The digital picture of the scene ought to be complete and representative. Conclusion Using digital image to fix the plant evidence and submitting it through the internet can significantly reduce the cost and improve the efficiency in forensic practice.
