摘 要:为探讨香瓜(Cucumis melo L.)皮作为沼气发酵原料资源化利用的可行性,以香瓜皮为发酵原料,在30℃下进行批量式沼气发酵试验,测定发酵过程中的TS产气潜力、VS产气潜力、日产气量、产气速率、p H等指标。结果表明,发酵历时48 d,当发酵体系出现酸化时,在微生物的调节下p H能够很快恢复,产气未受到任何影响。整个发酵过程香瓜皮总产气量3 274 m L,TS产气潜力为726 m L/g(TS),VS产气潜力为777 m L/g(VS),且发酵前后p H变化不大,维持在沼气发酵的较佳范围内。Aiming to study the feasibility of biogas production using muskmelon(Cucumis melo L.) skins in a resource utilization way,using musk melon skins as raw materials, the fermentation experiments were carried out at 30 ℃. Parameters of TS biogas production potential, VS biogas production potential, daily biogas output, biogas production rate and pH etc. were determined during experiments. Results showed that,fermentation lasted 48 days, when the fermentation system appeared acidification, under the regulation of microorganisms, pH can quickly recover, there was no any effect on the production of gas.The total biogas production output of musk melon skins during fermentation experiment was 3 274 mL, TS biogas production potential was 726 mL / g(TS),VS biogas production potential was 777 mL / g(VS). Before and after the experiment, pH changed slightly and remained within the suitable scope for fermentation.
