摘  要:试验测量了不同烟区的不同品种、不同叶位烟叶主要外观形态指标,比较分析了各项指标的稳定性和可靠性,以期选择适宜指标识别判定烟叶部位。结果表明,部位标度值的重现性、稳定性都较好,波动性小,不同部位烟叶间差异显著,而同一部位不同产地和不同品种烟叶间几乎没有差异,作为识别判定烟叶部位的量化指标稳定可靠;而叶片长度、宽度、长宽比等指标变异系数大,波动大,稳定性差,同一部位不同产地、不同品种间差异显著,不能作为判断烟叶部位的量化指标。运用部位标度值法,对烟叶的部位进行识别判定,将烟叶分为下部、中部和上部3个部位,快速准确,科学易行。In order to choose the suitable index for identification of leaf stalk position, the main appearance morphological indexes of different stalk position leaves from different varieties and different region was measured; and the stability and reliability of these indexes was analyzed. The results showed that the reproducibility and stability of stalk position scale value was better; differences in different stalk position leaves was significant and scale value of the same stalk position leaves from different varieties and different region was insignificant. Position scale value was stable and reliable as a quantitative identification index of stalk position. The CV of leaf length, width and length to width ratio was big; differences in same stalk position leaves from different varieties and different region was significant; and these indexes couldn't be used as quantitative identification index of stalk position. Position scale value was used to judge the stalk position of flue-cured tobacco leaf and leaf can be classified to three stalk position. This method was rapid and accurate, scientific and feasible.
