摘 要:利用单因素试验及正交试验法考察麒麟尾(Epipremnum pinnatum)总黄酮提取的最佳工艺,并通过测定总黄酮对羟基自由基(·OH)和2,2-二(4-叔辛基)-1-苦肼基自由基(DPPH·)的清除作用研究其抗氧化性。结果表明,麒麟尾总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为超声时间35 min、超声温度90℃、料液比1∶15(g∶m L)、乙醇体积分数85%,在此条件下总黄酮得率为3.04%;抗氧化试验结果表明,麒麟尾总黄酮具有较强的抗氧化活性,对·OH和DPPH·自由基的IC50分别为2.355和0.143 mg/m L。The optimum extraction conditions of total flavone were established through single-factor test and orthogoganal test;besides,the antioxidant activity was assessed by measuring ·OH and DPPH· radicals scavenging capacity.Result showed that the optimal extraction conditions of total flavone in Epipremnum pinnatum were as following:The ultrasonic time was 35 min,the ultrasonic temperature was 90 ℃,the material / water ratio was 1∶15 g / m L,and the ethanol / water was 85%,the yield of total flavone in the optimized conditions was 3.04%; The antioxidant activity test showed that total flavone of Epipremnum pinnatum had strong antioxidant activity with the half scavenging rate(IC50)of ·OH and DPPH· radicals were 2.355,0.143 mg / m L respectively.
