补中益气丸干预气虚质的临床观察

摘　　要：目的通过补中益气丸干预气虚质人群,改善其症状及健康状况。方法招募健康气虚体质,随机分为干预组和对照组,应用补中益气丸干预1个月后进行临床疗效观察。结果用药1个月后,干预组气虚质转化分与对照组相比有明显改善,中医体质量表中其他体质分数有所变化。其中,干预组在干预前后无明显差异,而对照组阳虚质、阴虚质、血瘀质分数较干预前有明显改变,有显著差异。结论补中益气丸干预气虚体质有明显作用,而气虚体质可以通过中药进行改善和调理。Objective The study is to test the Buzhong Yiqi Pills intervene Qi-deficiency constitution. Methods Vie recruited the healthy Qi-deficiency constitution divided into control group and intervention group. Vie used the Buzhong Yiqi Pills intervene Qi-deficiency constitution for one month. Results Compared with the control group, the Qi-deficiency constitution transition scores of intervention group improved significantly after 1 month treatment. The other constitution scores in CCMQ changes, but no significant difference before and after treatment in the intervention group, while the scores in control group significantly changed in Yang-deficieney constitution, Yin-deficiency constitution, blood stasis constitution. Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Pills can significantly improve the Qi-deficiency constitution.
