多民族地区社会利益矛盾若干问题探析——以新疆地区为例

摘　　要：多民族地区正处于发展的重要战略机遇期和社会矛盾凸显期,社会矛盾冲突主要表现为群体性事件频度和烈度呈逐步上升趋势,并以利益冲突为典型表现形式。社会利益矛盾的成因主要有经济发展失衡、社会发展失衡、资源环境失衡和文化交往失衡。今后应在遵循多元一体、以人为本、公平正义和民主法治等基本原则的基础上,完善包括利益导向机制、利益表达机制、利益调节机制和利益心理疏导机制等在内的多民族地区利益协调机制,以实现多民族地区的和谐发展与长治久安。Multi - ethnic areas are in the period of strategic opportunities of development, where social contradictions are al- so prominent. The reflection of social conflicts is mainly tile gradual increasing frequency and intensity of mass incidents, with in- terest contradiction as the typical form. The causes of social interest contradictions are unbalanced economic development, the imbalance of social development, resources and environment and cultural exchanges. Therefore, it is of great necessity to build a multi -ethnic area interest coordination mechanism including such mechanism as interest guidance, interest expression, interest adjustment and interest psychological counseling to realize the harmonious development and long - term stability of the multi - ethnic areas based on such basic principles as unit in diversity, human - oriented, fair justice, democracy and nile of law.
