摘　　要：目的探讨核基质结合区结合蛋白质1(SATB1)在胃癌组织和外周血中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR检测44例胃癌组织及其对应的外周血中SATB1mRNA表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果胃癌组织中SATB1mRNA表达为(6.87±4.57)×10^(-2),高于外周血的(3.24±3.05)×10^(-2)(P<0.01);胃癌组织与外周血中SATB1 mRNA表达呈正相关(r=0.504,P<0.01)。SATB1在胃癌组织中的表达与TNM分期相关(P<0.05);而SATB1在胃癌组织和外周血中的表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、部位、组织学分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论检测胃癌患者外周血中SATB1表达可能在一定程度上间接反映胃癌组织中SATB1的表达状况;SATB1可作为临床上筛选胃癌高危转移患者的潜在指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of special AT-rich sequence binding protein 1 （SATB1） in gastric cancer tissues and peripheral blood .Methods The mRNA expression of SATB1 was detected by real-time quantitative PCR in 44 cases of gastric cancer tissues and corresponding peripheral blood . The correlation between the expression and clinicopathologic characteristics was analyzed .Results The mRNA expression of SATB1 in gastric cancer tissues was higher than that in peripheral blood[（6.87±4.57）×10-2 vs .（3.24±3.05）×10-2] （P〈0 .01） .There was a positive correlation in mRNA expression of SATB1 between gastric cancer tissues and peripheral blood（r=0.504 ,P〈0 .01） .The mRNA expression of SATB1 was significantly correlated with TNM staging in gastric cancer tissues （P〈0 .05） ,but was not relevant to age ,sex , tumor size ,location ,differentiation degree ,depth of invasion ,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis in both gastric cancer tissues and peripheral blood （P〉0 .05） .Conclusion The expression of SATB1 in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer may indirectly reflect its expression in gastric cancer tissues .SATB1 can serve as a potential indicator for screening the high-risk gastric cancer patients with metastasis .
